Can't open the website, let alone withdrawal
The system has been in maintenance since October 9. I don’t know whether it’s true or not. The withdrawals just took one day before but now it has been several days.
I applied for withdrawal several days ago. The customer service asked me to send him a video which is about I hold my ID card and read my information and the withdrawal amount. I sent. But there is no reply. I can’t contact the customer service now.
The platform deliberately makes you losing money. It will let you liquidate your position and adjust the spread because the deposit has been in your account for a long time. Moreover, every time I set a stop loss, it will automatically let you liquidate your position. It is a fraud and I do not recommend you to use it. It can't withdraw money either.
On November 11, 2021, I submitted an application for a withdrawal of 31,500 US dollars. Later, they asked me to withdraw 10,000 US dollars every month until January and I agreed. I left 20,000 U.S. dollars in the platform for further operations. Up to now, the funds in the account plus the 10,000 U.S. dollars on the way to withdraw make a total of 51,705 U.S. dollars, but on December 3, I found out that my account has been disabled. I had deposited a lot of money into this platform before, but I have not got my principle back yet.
