Guotai does not withdraw fund
I made a deposit of sixty thousands in May 2020 and it was said that it has to wait due to system upgrade when I want to withdraw in June. They keep using this excuse to delay every time I ask them. Now, the website is already closed and Hong Kong Gold and Silver Exchange Society also displays that Guotai is suspended from trading.
