The platform claims that scalping is allowed to attract investors to deposit and trade, but once you deposit and use scalping trading, it will suddenly delete your account and block the backend

My account was suddenly deleted, and I can’t log in anymore. They say it’s under review. The most my account did was use a scalping strategy. The thing is, I kept asking customer service whether scalping was allowed while I was doing it, and after trading for a while, I asked again—and customer service always said it was fine, with no restrictions on holding time. If you suddenly can’t allow scalping anymore, just tell me the platform doesn’t allow it, and I’ll simply withdraw my funds and be done with it—instead of just deleting people’s accounts and blocking access to the backend.



These are the reasons why the platform doesn't allow us to withdraw. First, the platform informed us of some news violation, then they didn't allow us to withdraw. Then the second time, we told the account manager that our internal team wouldn't allow it. We have now retrieved all orders from both platforms to show the platform, but it still doesn't allow us to withdraw. I don't know what the platform means. The platform is being very unreasonable and can't afford to play fair
