The order-dealing speed is low in this broker.Because of slippage and network,the broker said that the price would be upgraded and my order placing is unavailable.
Somebody who claims to be from Pakistan messaged (Abdullahi Issa) from Nigeria and tried to lure him into paying $200-$500 to him, he claimed to be a professional account manager, he showed some pictures just to convince the trader but all was definitely to scam the trader.
I deposited $2,000 which was very important to me and made some profits. But the withdrawal was rejected and took 3 weeks. What can I do?
OCTAFX is a terrible platform... I found that the website can't be opened, some Chinese characters are on it, and many victims complained on wikifx.
Hello I'm Samuel, a newbie to the forex market. my first broker is octaFx, but I noticed something conny about the broker today. I had 4 ongoing trades and when I clicked on my trades, I saw only one, at first I thought it was bad network, so I didn't really bother much not until I clicked on the next icon and saw that my trades have been ended? my newly funded $5k account is currently $3k because of the trades losses. I'm pretty sure this was done by the broker I'm gonna quit octaFx.
I deposited $5000 but could not contact with them. I was cheated.
Hello i deposit to octa fx at 2 september , first transaction is 1950 usd, and second transaction is 1999 usd, i used eth to deposit, and i always use this, i hv deposit 8 transactions and 6 succds, and just yasterday this 2 transaction is not arrived at my wallet, its already 24 hours and my fund still not arrived at my wallet I always transfer to the addres that octa fx gave me,
They stole $35 from me. Help.
