Qube Markets Comments 4
I am a Qube Markets customer. Since 2026/09/25, my trading account has been restricted, and I am unable to log in normally or manage the funds in my account. Qube Markets has stated that my trading is under an LP investigation and has mentioned issues such as market front-running, prohibited hedging, and abusive trading. I am willing to fully cooperate with the investigation, but to date the platform has not provided any specific violating orders, evidence, or formal investigation results. I have repeatedly requested a formal explanation through customer service and email, but to this day I have still not received the following core information: 1. Specific violation allegations Please identify which orders were determined to be in violation, the reason for each transaction’s violation, and the standards used to determine abusive trading or other prohibited trading conduct. 2. Technical analysis basis If the platform or LP determines violations based on trading patterns, please explain its analysis methodology, as well as the specific data and determination basis for the so-called “abnormal upstream liquidity correlation”, “market impact”, and “execution characteristics”. 3. Contract and restriction basis Please clearly specify which provision of the Client Agreement or other applicable documents I have violated, and under which clause the platform restricted my login, trading, withdrawals, and handling of funds. I am not refusing the investigation, nor am I asking the platform to disclose trade secrets or its complete risk control algorithm. All I am asking for is the most basic and verifiable information: “Which transaction violated the rules, why it violated them, what the evidence is, which contract clause was breached, and under what provision my account and funds were restricted.” I retain complete MT5 trading records, account data, customer service and relevant personnel communications, formal complaint emails, and other evidence, all of which I am willing to provide for verification. If Qube Markets determines that I did indeed violate the rules, please provide specific evidence and contractual basis; if it cannot, please immediately restore my account access and allow me to normally handle the funds in my account that rightfully belong to me.

The platform claims it can trade through scalping, attract investors to deposit funds. However, once you deposit funds and use scalping trades, they will suddenly delete your account and block your access to the account.

My account was suddenly deleted, and I can’t log in anymore. They say it’s under review. The most my account did was use a scalping strategy. The thing is, I kept asking customer service whether scalping was allowed while I was doing it, and after trading for a while, I asked again—and customer service always said it was fine, with no restrictions on holding time. If you suddenly can’t allow scalping anymore, just tell me the platform doesn’t allow it, and I’ll simply withdraw my funds and be done with it—instead of just deleting people’s accounts and blocking access to the backend.

These are the reasons why the platform doesn't allow us to withdraw. First, the platform informed us of some news violation, then they didn't allow us to withdraw. Then the second time, we told the account manager that our internal team wouldn't allow it. We have now retrieved all orders from both platforms to show the platform, but it still doesn't allow us to withdraw. I don't know what the platform means. The platform is being very unreasonable and can't afford to play fair
