    OCB Broker Account Opening Process

    To open an account with OCB, follow these steps:

    • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and hold a national identity card (ID card).
    • Required Documents: Prepare necessary documents, including:
      • ID card or passport
      • Resident identity card (original copy)
      • Visit the Bank: Go to an OCB branch and take a queue number. Inform the staff of your intention to open an account.
      • Fill Out the Application: Complete the pre-made registration form provided by the bank staff. Ensure that you provide accurate personal information.
      • Signature Verification: You must provide a legitimate signature in person, as it is crucial for future transactions.
      • Account Opening: After submitting the form and necessary documents, your account will be processed.
      • ATM Card: If you wish to apply for an ATM card, you may need to wait for an appointment to collect it, which can take from 1 week to 1 month.
      • For online account opening, OCB has introduced the OCB Omni digital banking platform, allowing customers to register for accounts without visiting a branch.
