Mitoyo Account Types

　　Mitoyo Securities offers two distinct account types tailored to different user preferences and trading needs:

• 　　Standard Account: This account type is designed for general trading purposes. Clients are required to pay specified commissions when trading products managed by the company. For stock trading within this account, the maximum commission is set at 1.265% of the contract price, including taxes, with a minimum commission amount of 2,750 Japanese yen.

• 　　Specified Account: This account is tailored for tax optimization, allowing clients to calculate the difference between gains and losses when buying and selling listed stocks. Similar to the standard account, clients will incur specified commissions when trading products, with the same commission structure applied.

　　Both account types offer a range of financial products including stocks, investment trusts, and bonds, although foreign stocks are currently not available.

　　

Mitoyo Broker Account Opening Process

　　To open an account with Mitoyo Securities, follow these steps:

• 　　Application for Account Opening: Prepare the necessary documents, including your seal, identity verification documents (such as a driver's license), and your My Number.

• 　　Procedures for Opening an Account: You can visit a Mitoyo branch to complete the application or, if unable to do so, contact them for a home visit.

• 　　Start Trading: After your account is opened, ensure you understand the buying and selling fees and have sufficient funds for purchases or stock certificate transfer procedures for sales.

• 　　Transaction Completion: Following transactions, a report will be mailed to you for verification.
