Leverate is a financial technology company that specializes in providing brokerage solutions, particularly in the forex market. Founded in 2008, the company is headquartered in Cyprus and has established offices in various locations including Israel, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Ukraine, and China. Leverate operates as a private entity, offering services primarily to retail and institutional clients in the forex, CFD, and cryptocurrency trading sectors.
Over the years, Leverate has evolved significantly, expanding its workforce to over 300 professionals and developing a robust suite of services tailored for brokers and traders. The company has achieved several milestones, including the launch of its proprietary trading platforms and the establishment of a strong presence in the fintech industry. Leverate operates under a business model that includes both retail forex trading and institutional services, making it a versatile player in the financial services market.
As a leverate broker, the company is recognized for its innovative solutions, including white-label platforms and comprehensive brokerage services, which cater to a diverse range of clients. Leverate has positioned itself as a leader in the fintech space, continuously adapting to market demands and technological advancements.
Leverate claims to operate under the regulations of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), although there are concerns regarding its regulatory status. The previously held license number was 160/11, but it has been noted that this license has been voluntarily renounced. As such, the current regulatory standing of Leverate is ambiguous, raising questions about its compliance with financial regulations.
The company has not provided clear information regarding the isolation of client funds, nor has it disclosed participation in any investor compensation schemes, which is crucial for client protection. Additionally, Leverate has implemented Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies to ensure compliance with international standards, although the effectiveness of these measures remains unclear.
Due to the lack of a valid regulatory license, clients are advised to exercise caution when engaging with Leverate, as the absence of regulatory oversight can expose traders to significant risks.

In addition to these popular platforms, Leverate has developed its proprietary trading platform, known as Sirix, which is designed to enhance trader engagement and provide a seamless trading experience.
The broker offers a web-based trading platform, allowing clients to trade directly from their browsers without the need for downloads. This flexibility caters to various trading styles and preferences.

Leverate primarily serves clients in Europe and Asia, with a focus on markets where forex trading is prevalent. The broker has established regional offices to enhance its service delivery and client engagement.

Hey all, I wanna clarify that, Leverate is not a retail broker at all. Under Leverate group, there are several entities: Leverate Technology - Israelian Technology company, providing SAAS solution to brokers / Prop Firms. Leverate Capital Markets - regulated Liquidity Provider, only providing liquidity to B2B clients, no retail business at all. FXPN - Leverate Trading Name, also a liquidity provider, not doing retail business. Overall, Leverate do not accept any individual to open account / deposit / Trade. Please do not misleading the users. Best Regards.
