In 1991, Renta 4 created its own fund management division, “Renta 4 Gestora”. In 1997, Renta 4 created “Renta 4 Pensiones”, the Renta 4 Pension Fund Management Company, which has received numerous awards for its products. In 1999, Renta 4 launched one of the first online investment platforms in Spain, facilitating access for all types of savers to a wide range of investment assets. In 2004, Renta 4 Corporate was created and two years later, in 2006, the entity acquired Gesdinco and Padinco. In 2012 it began to operate as a full-service Bank, but maintaining its specialization in banking services related to investments.
