Is UOSHING a scam, or is it legit?

My withdrawal on Dec. 23, 2021 has not arrived till Jan. 5, 2022.
I withdrew $21981.1 on Dec. 23 and I only received 38000RMB. I had not recieved the rest part till Dec. 27. My broker guided me to place order and the teacher had absconded and not replied my messages anymore. There was no customer service on official website and you can only leave the message there. But my messages were not responded at all. How does Yauseng deal with it? I will call the police if I don’t receive reply. The following is a screenshot of the QQ chat record between me and the instructor who brought the bill about not being able to withdraw the account, and he has lost contact so far.
