It said that I should be the vip in order to withdraw. But then they deducted my balance and asked for margins.
Not regulated, the manager disappeared after I paid the fees and asked for to get my withdrawal order processed and there was no response from the support.
Unable to withdraw. It required the upgrading of VIP before withdrawal.
