On Dec 13, 2024, my gold short position (13.5 lots) in account 508227 was forcefully closed at 2782.93, while the real market price was ~2713. The broker blamed a “technical glitch” from the liquidity provider but has taken no action for 3+ months. They kept delaying with false promises and now ignore follow-ups. Total loss: ~$70,000. In account 506362, I requested a $7,000 withdrawal, which they also haven’t processed. It appears Space World Capital is intentionally withholding client funds. This is fraud.
