    BPI Financial Broker Account Opening Process

      Opening an account with BPI Financial involves several steps:

      

    For Individual / Joint Accounts:

    • Complete Account Opening Forms: Fill out the account opening form provided by BPI Financial.
    • Submit Form W-8 BEN: Furnish the form W-8 BEN as part of the required documentation.
    • Provide Personal Identification: Submit a copy of your NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) or passport.
    • Proof of Residency: Include proof of residency, such as utility bills or bank statements, dated within the last six months.
    • Age Verification: Ensure that you are above 18 years of age, as it is a prerequisite for account opening.

      • Complete Account Opening Forms: Fill out the account opening form provided for corporate entities.
      • Submit Form W-8 BEN: Furnish the form W-8 BEN as part of the required documentation for corporate accounts.

      • Authorized Traders Information: Submit information about authorized traders who will be managing the account.
      • Company Directors and Shareholders: Include details of company directors and shareholders.
      • Corporate Registration Documents: Provide essential corporate registration documents, including the certificate of incorporation, Singapore biz file, and memorandum and articles of association.
      • Financial Statements: Include the latest financial statements or management financials for the corporate entity.
      • Organizational Chart: Submit an organizational chart outlining the structure of the corporate entity.
