Terrible fraud company! I saw on wikifx many complaints about this company. Now that their website is down, I doubt victims will be able to recover their funds.
The platform banned the trading after the price of the S&P 500 plummeted. The customer service kept me awaiting, claiming that they are negotiating with the technical department. As of My 1st, all data updating has been ceased. I couldn’t log in to the backstage, trying to withdraw the fund.
The withdrawal is unavailable for 1 week. Please be carefully.
I deposited $2000 and have traded for one week.When I applied for the withdrawal.the platform banned my account and froze the backstage with no reason,keeping holding off.
I made a profit and applied for a withdrawal. But then they freed my account. I can’t log in and my password was changed. Now they give me no reason.
