The platform banned the trading after the price of the S&P 500 plummeted. The customer service kept me awaiting, claiming that they are negotiating with the technical department. As of My 1st, all data updating has been ceased. I couldn’t log in to the backstage, trying to withdraw the fund.

Terrible fraud company! I saw on wikifx many complaints about this company. Now that their website is down, I doubt victims will be able to recover their funds.
