I cannot withdraw from MT5. It is deducted, but not returned my account.
According to the operations that are seen there, I have profits of more than $20,000 and they do not give it to me. They say that when I reached 50,000, the beginning was at 10,000 and now they do not want to give me. It is not just a scam either, but also a pyramid schemes. My initial deposit was $7,447
Technical staff reported the reverse order, forced to deposit more money to support the account, without the consent of the customer to arbitrarily close the order to burn the account. Claim for compensation.

I deposited $2073.83 in 4 times respectively. Because they told me to increase the investment and promised the profits in few days. But then I lost all of the balance.
I deposited $524.59 because they said they were the trading professor. But then my orders suffered losses and my account was of no maintenance. The customer service told me to deposited again. So I deposited $199.83. However it still occurred severe slippage.
It disturbed users’ account and deleted their orders.
