Requirement of complaint:Refund the trading fund.Details:The withdrawal in Investex hasn’t been received for 1 month.I applied it on May 23nd and the fund was deducted the day.The total amount was more than $9400.while only 5000 RMB can be withdrawn,then became 4000 RMB, 3000 RMB.The system always show that my amount error.I only could withdraw 60 RMB at the last deal.At first,the customer service explained that was because of the withdrawal channel,then never replied to me.No one answered the 100 line as well.The platform is out of contact.I don’t know how many person have encountered with this.
