• Go to Realty Candy to sign up for an IDX Broker account and have the $150 account creation fee waived.
• Complete the Required Paperwork
• IDX Broker will send the necessary documents for you or your broker to sign.
• MLS Approval
• After returning the signed paperwork, IDX Broker will forward it to your MLS for approval.
• Account Activation
