Etrans Broker Account Opening Process

To open an account with Etrans, follow these steps:

  • Gather Required Documents: You will need to provide the following:
    • A valid passport or driver's license
    • A bank card
    • Proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill)
    • Visit a Branch: Go to any Etrans branch in Australia or Canada. Etrans has locations in Melbourne, Sydney, and Vancouver.

    • Complete an Account Opening Form: You can fill out the form at the branch or download it from the Etrans website and complete it in advance.

    • Submit Your Documents: Present your identification and proof of address along with the completed account opening form.

    • Registration Confirmation: Once your application is processed, you will receive confirmation of your registration and gain access to Etrans's services, including special rates and low transaction fees.

    • Account Usage: After registration, you can conduct foreign exchange transactions either in-person at a branch or by contacting customer service via phone or email.

    • Note: Etrans does not accept customer registrations through phone calls or emails; all account openings must be done in person.
