• Visit the Office or Apply Online:
• You can either visit their office in person located at Room 2704, 27/F, Tower 1, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or start the process online by downloading the account opening form or requesting the form to be sent to you.
• Required Documents:
• If opening an account in person, bring the following documents:
• A copy of your Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) or passport.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., recent utility bills or bank statements).
• For company accounts (applicable for companies incorporated in Hong Kong), provide:
• Board resolution to open an account with Astrum Capital Management Ltd.
• Certificate of incorporation.
• Business registration certificate.
• Memorandum and articles of association.
• Latest financial statements.
• Copies of ID cards of all directors and authorized persons.
• Corporate Documents for Offshore Companies:
• If the company is incorporated offshore, provide:
• Certificate of incorporation.
• Business registration certificate.

• Register of directors and shareholders.

• Submit the Application:
