Thanks to the prompt attention of the company's agents, I've been able to get back on track after some initial hiccups. Initially, I had trouble accessing my Live account because I couldn't remember my username and password, but those issues have since been resolved. So amazing customer service. Definitely five stars.

It's strange, when I open Triumph FX's website, it says Access denied. I'm wondering if this is the case for everyone else, or is it just that determined users can't access their site?
