I attempted to withdraw my money, but they refused without explanation. Send an email to inquire why they never respond to you. If you put money in there, you will never get it returned.

Withdrawal does not process for two weeks. Apply for arbitration and the MGCCKJ replys and asks me to find customer service. I send email to officails support@mgc-fx.com, but it says that the address is wrong. I feel I was deceived.
