EXNESS is a scam, they close your trades when they see that you are making good profit, and then they tell you that you closed the trade yourself... How many times has it happened that they manipulate your trades, they manipulate the prices to trigger your stop out, they extend or shorten the closing times in the system to increase your losses or reduce your profits... in their contract terms, they state that they can close your trades whenever they want.
1/8/2023 I sell EUR/AUD pair and put stoplot at 1.66650 to August 2nd at 5am my order got stoplot but price on Exness app has not arrived yet, I asked Exness ad for support and received the goods Dozens of reasons: the ask price shows correctly at 1.66650 and the ask price doesn't show up on Exness app (exness ap is useless), because the 1-minute candle at that time fluctuated high at 5am, because customers trade on mt4 or mt5 Please update again (I play on Exness ap). Result: the ask price is always 20 pips away from the price on Exness's app and the order with the stoplot is correct, the complaint is not resolved.
The company EXNESS is completely a liar. Before you make a deposit, it keeps promoting its services, saying that the spread is ultra tight, there is no re-quote, and there is no slippage, but this is not the case at all when trading! The transaction cost is very high, the speed is also very slow, and it is especially easy to lose money!
Bad experience. The efficiency of solving customer problems is very slow, and my account can't be logged in for no reason and I cannot withdraw money...
In December 2019. I have opened 2 short positions on BTCUSD with Exness. There was technical glitch from their side and wrong leverage of 1:200 instead of 1:100 was applied to my account. I was not aware that this wrong leverage was applied to my account, neither they were, because I double checked it with their support during time my positions were opened. I based my risk assessment and stop loss level on Margin shown in my MT4 with leverage 1:100, that was wrong assessment.
A client could not withdraw or transfer money from his exness account, now he wants to leave this broker for another broker.
Unable to close orders while I can operate in other platforms. This is a scam
A Ponzi cheme, maybe. Why I lose every time? Especially XAU/USD
