AMG deserves 0 stars, buddies. This broker used to defraud me so much. I started with $200 but I failed in investing oil soon due to extremely high spreads. AMG urged me to deposit more, and I put another $500 in, still losing… What most irritating is they asked me to pay additional exit fees if I close my account. I paid another $300 and left this hateful broker finally.

This is a fraud company that deceived everyone by means of pyramid schemes and ran away overnight.

I deposit $33,000 on June 26, 2022. $30,000 on June 29th. The two times totaled 63,000 US dollars. All of them were done with a loan of RMB 420,000. And also paid a protection fee of 300 yuan. Can't withdraw now

Unable to withdraw

There is no way to withdraw money. I would like to ask if everyone has reported to the police. No one can regulate such a fraudulent method? The fund in the account are just numbers, and the daily profit cannot be withdrawn.

AMG runs away

It’s been almost two months since they didn’t withdraw. They started saying that it was frozen, and I took the member’s information off the store. Later, they gave a new website. It’s just a string of numbers. Cannot withdraw

AMG 2025 Review: Everything You Need to Know

Executive Summary

This amg review gives you a complete look at AMG's services in 2025. AMG works through different companies, with AMG Customs Solutions Inc starting in 2025 to help with customs and North American port services, while AMG also works as an insurance broker and risk advisor. We give a neutral rating because we don't have enough information about trading rules and regulations.

AMG Customs Solutions Inc focuses on helping people understand customs rules. The company has professionals with at least 15 years of experience in this field. AMG helps businesses that need to import or export goods navigate complex customs regulations. But we can't give a complete review because we don't have details about trading conditions, fees, and regulatory information.

The main customers are businesses and individual clients who need customs and port services. This especially includes those who trade in North America. The company shows expertise in its field, but potential clients should ask for more information about service terms before signing up.

Important Notice

Regional Entity Differences: AMG's operations change a lot between different areas, with possible differences in following regulations and how they operate between regions. AMG Customs Solutions Inc offers customs brokerage services that focus on North American markets, which may not show how they operate globally or their worldwide standards.

Review Methodology: This review uses information available to the public and market feedback from October 2023. We don't have complete data about trading conditions, fee structures, and detailed service offerings, so this assessment gives you a basic overview rather than a complete analysis.

Broker Overview

AMG works as a service provider that started in 2025, with AMG Customs Solutions Inc focusing on customs brokerage and North American port services. The company says that clients "will be answered by a person with at least 15 years experience." This shows they focus on experienced professional help rather than automated or basic support systems.

The company's main business focuses on customs and port services for businesses that do international trade and need customs clearance and regulatory help. AMG Customs Solutions Inc markets itself as a guide through complex customs regulations, which means they take a consulting approach to service rather than just doing transactions.

However, this amg review shows big gaps in information about traditional trading services. The sources we have don't tell us about trading platform types, supported asset classes, or main regulatory oversight bodies that would normally go with financial services brokers. This suggests either a focus on customs services rather than financial trading, or incomplete public information about all their services.

Detailed Information

Regulatory Jurisdictions: Current information doesn't give us detailed regulatory oversight or licensing jurisdictions for trading services, though customs brokerage operations would normally need proper trade and customs authority approvals.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods: We don't have specific information about payment methods, processing times, and fees for deposits and withdrawals in available sources.

Minimum Deposit Requirements: No specific minimum deposit amounts or account opening requirements are mentioned in current documentation.

Bonuses and Promotions: Available sources don't mention any promotional offers, bonus structures, or incentive programs for new or existing clients.

Tradeable Assets: The range of tradeable instruments, asset classes, or investment products isn't specified in current information sources.

Cost Structure: Detailed fee schedules, commission rates, spread information, and other cost details aren't provided in available documentation, which limits cost comparison abilities for this amg review.

Leverage Ratios: No information about available leverage options or maximum leverage limits exists in current sources.

Platform Options: Specific trading platforms, software options, or technology details aren't mentioned in available materials.

Geographic Restrictions: While North American focus is shown for customs services, specific geographic limitations for other services remain unspecified.

Customer Service Languages: Available languages for customer support aren't detailed in current sources.

Detailed Scoring Analysis

Account Conditions Analysis

We can't complete the evaluation of account conditions for AMG because we don't have enough information in available sources. Normal account analysis would look at account types, minimum deposit requirements, account opening procedures, and special features such as Islamic accounts or professional trading accounts. However, current documentation doesn't provide these important details.

What we do have suggests AMG Customs Solutions Inc focuses on customs brokerage services rather than traditional trading accounts. The company emphasizes experienced professional guidance, with staff having "at least 15 years experience" in customs regulations. This suggests a service approach rather than account-based trading relationships.

The lack of detailed account condition information in this amg review shows either a specialized business model focused on customs services, or incomplete public information about trading account options. Potential clients who want traditional trading accounts would need to contact AMG directly for specific terms, conditions, and available account types.

Without complete account information, we don't know if AMG offers multiple account levels, varying service levels, or different fee structures based on account types. This information gap is a big limitation for potential clients comparing service options.

Tools and Resources Analysis

We can't assess trading tools and analytical resources because we don't have enough detailed information in available sources. Traditional broker evaluations would look at charting software, technical analysis tools, fundamental research resources, and automated trading capabilities. However, current documentation doesn't provide complete details about these offerings.

Available information suggests AMG's main focus is on customs brokerage tools and regulatory guidance rather than traditional trading instruments. The company positions itself as providing expert navigation through customs regulations, which means specialized tools for trade compliance rather than financial market analysis.

Educational resources, research capabilities, and analytical support details aren't specified in current sources. This lack of information makes it hard to evaluate the quality and completeness of tools available to clients. Professional traders and investors normally need strong analytical platforms, real-time data feeds, and complete research resources.

Without detailed tool specifications, potential clients can't assess whether AMG's offerings meet their analytical and trading requirements. The lack of information about platform capabilities, third-party integrations, or proprietary tools represents a significant evaluation gap.

Customer Service and Support Analysis

Customer service evaluation remains incomplete because we have limited detailed information in available sources. However, AMG Customs Solutions Inc emphasizes that clients "will be answered by a person with at least 15 years experience," which suggests a commitment to experienced professional support rather than entry-level customer service representatives.

The company's focus on customs brokerage means specialized support for trade-related questions and regulatory compliance questions. This positioning suggests expertise-driven customer service rather than general support for routine trading questions. However, specific details about response times, availability hours, and communication channels aren't provided in current sources.

Multilingual support capabilities, regional service availability, and escalation procedures remain unspecified. Traditional broker evaluations would look at 24/7 support availability, live chat options, phone support quality, and email response efficiency. Current documentation doesn't provide these operational details.

Without complete customer service information, potential clients can't assess support quality, availability, or responsiveness. The emphasis on experienced staff suggests quality-focused service delivery, but lacks measurable metrics or detailed service level commitments.

Trading Experience Analysis

We can't evaluate trading experience because we don't have enough platform and execution information in available sources. Traditional trading experience analysis would look at platform stability, order execution speed, slippage rates, and overall user interface quality. However, current documentation doesn't provide these critical details.

Available information suggests AMG's main focus is on customs brokerage services rather than traditional financial trading platforms. This specialization means a different type of user experience focused on regulatory compliance and trade facilitation rather than market execution and trading efficiency.

Mobile trading capabilities, platform reliability during market volatility, and advanced order types remain unspecified in current sources. Professional traders normally need sophisticated execution capabilities, real-time market data, and reliable platform performance during critical trading periods.

The lack of detailed trading experience information in this amg review makes it impossible to assess platform quality, execution reliability, or overall trading environment satisfaction. Potential clients seeking trading services would need direct platform demonstrations or trial access to evaluate suitability.

Trust and Reliability Analysis

Trust assessment remains challenging because we have limited regulatory and transparency information in available sources. Traditional reliability evaluation would look at regulatory licenses, client fund protection measures, company financial stability, and industry reputation. However, current documentation doesn't provide complete regulatory details.

AMG Customs Solutions Inc's establishment in 2025 shows a relatively new entity, which may limit historical performance data and long-term reputation assessment. The company's focus on customs brokerage suggests regulatory oversight from trade and customs authorities rather than financial services regulators.

Third-party verification, independent audits, and regulatory compliance records aren't detailed in current sources. Professional service evaluation normally requires evidence of appropriate licensing, insurance coverage, and regulatory standing. Without this information, complete trust assessment remains incomplete.

The emphasis on experienced staff with "at least 15 years experience" suggests professional competency, but lacks verification of regulatory compliance, financial stability, or industry standing. Potential clients should independently verify regulatory status and professional credentials before engagement.

User Experience Analysis

User experience evaluation remains incomplete because we have limited feedback and interface information in available sources. Traditional user experience analysis would look at interface design, navigation efficiency, registration processes, and overall client satisfaction metrics. However, current documentation doesn't provide detailed user experience data.

Available information suggests AMG focuses on professional customs brokerage services, which means a business-oriented user experience rather than retail trading interfaces. The emphasis on experienced professional guidance suggests consultative service delivery rather than self-service platforms.

User satisfaction surveys, client testimonials, and experience ratings aren't provided in current sources. Professional service evaluation normally includes client feedback, case studies, and satisfaction metrics. The lack of this information limits complete user experience assessment.

Without detailed user experience data, potential clients can't assess interface quality, service delivery efficiency, or overall satisfaction levels. The professional service focus suggests business-oriented rather than consumer-friendly interfaces, but specific details remain unavailable.

Conclusion

This amg review concludes with a neutral assessment because we have significant information limitations about traditional trading services and regulatory frameworks. AMG Customs Solutions Inc demonstrates specialization in customs brokerage and North American port services, with emphasis on experienced professional guidance backed by staff with at least 15 years of industry experience.

The company appears well-suited for enterprises and individuals requiring customs and port services, particularly those engaged in North American trade operations. However, the lack of detailed information about trading conditions, regulatory oversight, fee structures, and complete service offerings limits complete evaluation for traditional trading clients.

Key advantages include specialized expertise in customs regulations and professional service delivery. Primary limitations involve insufficient public information about trading platforms, regulatory compliance, and complete service terms. Potential clients should conduct direct inquiries to obtain detailed service information before making engagement decisions.
