Zetano has a good regulatory record and a secure trading environment. In terms of trading conditions, it has a low point spread and provides a variety of trading tools that I can choose according to their own needs. Simulated trading is doing very well. It also provides some basic education and training resources, but compared to other brokers may be slightly inadequate.

I strongly advise that this broker should widen their payment gateways. I love using online payment methods, while only Bank Wire, VISA, MasterCard are supported here.

How We Rate Brokers: Our ratings are based on a comprehensive analysis of user reviews, expert opinions, and factual data regarding broker services.

Broker Overview

Founded in 2016, Zetano is a brand of Wonderinterest Trading Ltd., based in Limassol, Cyprus. The broker is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), which is known for its stringent regulatory standards. Zetano offers its proprietary trading platform, XOH Trader, which is designed for both desktop and mobile devices. The broker primarily focuses on CFD trading across various asset classes, including forex, commodities, indices, and stocks.

Detailed Breakdown of Ratings

  • Account Conditions (6/10): Zetano offers four types of accounts, allowing for a range of trading styles. However, the inactivity fee of €100 after one month of inactivity is a notable downside.

  • Tools and Resources (5/10): While the broker provides a demo account for 30 days, many users have found it challenging to navigate the educational resources available on the platform. The absence of popular trading platforms like MT4 or MT5 may deter some traders.

  • Customer Service and Support (7/10): Customer support is generally responsive, with users reporting timely help via email and phone. However, the absence of live chat support is a limitation.

  • Trading Experience (6/10): The proprietary XOH Trader platform is user-friendly but lacks some advanced features that experienced traders might expect from industry-standard platforms.

  • Trustworthiness (7/10): Being regulated by CySEC adds a layer of trust; however, the mixed reviews from users highlight some concerns regarding transparency and the clarity of fees.

  • User Experience (6/10): While the website is easy to navigate, some users have noted issues with finding specific information, particularly regarding the demo account.

  • Additional Features (5/10): The lack of bonuses and promotions may make Zetano less appealing compared to other brokers that offer such incentives.

    Conclusion

In summary, the Zetano review highlights a broker that is regulated and offers a range of trading options, yet it faces challenges in areas such as user experience and the competitiveness of its trading conditions. While it is a viable option for traders in the EEA, potential users should weigh the pros and cons carefully, especially regarding costs and the limitations of its trading platform.
