Their server crashed on August 24th night. I couldn’t close my 1288 position. After then, the market went to 1208. They didn’t give me a satisfying solution until now. Scammers!
Their server stuck at 1196 which made me unable to stop loss. After then the market went to 1208. They gave me no solution.
I logged in and nothing happened. I can’t stop lose. It reached 1207 now.
In this July,a netizen,self-proclaimed as a teacher,added me online.He said to take me to trade precious metal and the least fund should be $5000.After so that,I traded for 1.5 lots and made a loss of $1100.Then he often gave reverse order recommendation,which me make constant losses.When I went bankruptcy,they didn’t answer me anymore.
