        • MFS accounts can only be opened through a registered investment professional. They will assist you in identifying the right account type and ensure that the application is filled out correctly.
        • Submit Required Documentation:
          • For non-retirement accounts, submit the completed application along with any required documents, such as a Transfer on Death agreement if applicable.
          • For IRA accounts, include the necessary IRA forms and disclosures.
