In November 1992, Qualinvest Capital Limited (“QCap”) was established as an investment management firm with a focus on encouraging investments in the Nigerian Capital Market. The Company was granted a Broker/Dealer license by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in 1992, and thereafter joined the Nigeria Stock Exchange (“NSE”) as an Authorized Dealer.
