I deposited $1600 USD into this platform. After they cancelled my profits and froze my withdrawal permissions, there's still $1561 USD of my principal in the account. They're demanding various documents, which is unreasonable. They didn't ask for these when I opened the account and it's unacceptable. I urge the platform to unlock my withdrawal permissions.
