AMPI Broker Account Opening Process
Opening an account with AMPI involves several steps, and applicants must meet specific requirements. Heres a step-by-step guide to the process:
- Prepare Required Documents:
- Complete resume in PDF or Word format.
- Application for membership (Solicitud de ingreso).
- Personal data form (Hoja de datos personales).
- Written statement on the significance of belonging to AMPI.
- Four ID photos (color or black and white).
- Copy of current ID (passport or similar).
- Immigration authorization (FM3 or FM2).
- RFC and registration with Hacienda.
- Acta constitutiva (corporate documents).
- Rental factura if applicable.
- Legal representative accreditation for corporations.
- Two letters of recommendation from active AMPI members.
- Proof of one year of experience in real estate under an AMPI associate.
- Evidence of registration and establishment (municipal permit, utility receipts).
- Diploma from an AMPI-approved real estate course (minimum 100 hours).
- Diploma of a Spanish course.
- Letter of no criminal record from the last place of residence.
- Two commercial references and one or two bank references.
- Company logo (printed and in CD).
- Pass the AMPI test and orientation.
