Is PROREX LIMITED safe?

In March 2026, I deposited $10,000 into my Prorex Limited account for trading. Currently, I am applying to withdraw the remaining funds in the account, but the platform has not completed the withdrawal to date. During this period, I have contacted platform staff and customer service multiple times, but have not received any effective response. After investigation, I learned that there are other clients who have encountered similar withdrawal issues. I have saved all deposit, trading, withdrawal, and communication records. I hope the platform will provide a formal response as soon as possible and handle client funds in accordance with the law. If the issue remains unresolved, I will submit complaints to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities in Malaysia and China, and protect my legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.
