I gave Trivepro a shot, and here's the lowdown. The interface is pretty user-friendly, and it's got some handy project management features. But, and there's always a but, hooking it up with other tools is a bit of a headache. Learning the ropes takes a bit more effort than I expected. Customer support is there, but don't hold your breath for lightning-fast responses. And when they do get back to you, the solutions can be a bit generic. It does the job, but there are smoother options out there, depending on what floats your boat. Just saying it as it is.
