odvipversion Review 1
I traded on the odvipversion platform through broker @NguyenBaoHoangfHVKT_1973. During the first trading process, I was able to withdraw money in a very small amount. After November 24, 2023, I wanted to withdraw money but the trading department did not accept it. Approve a withdrawal for me and instruct me to contact customer service using the OANDA platform as a basis and guide me to upgrade to a VIP account. During this process, the platform provides me with an exclusive capital channel of the designated platform. Through my personal account number, I paid to upgrade my VIP account. After about 2 hours, the money was returned to my securities account. They instructed me to re-link my account. Then I withdrew the money and they informed me. The wrong account was linked, I checked it and my God, I can't figure out why it was wrong. I calmly accepted and saw how the customer service department would instruct me to proceed: They instructed me to pay 30% of the guaranteed capital to remove account protection. I accepted to pay accordingly, after 24 hours the money would be released. about my account, but this time it's still a personal account assigned by them, and I've re-linked my account but can't withdraw money. I continued to contact the customer service department and they guided me again because I was entangled in an account funded by a 3rd party, I had to repay the 3rd party, I accepted the return because this does happen. I asked them, asked the customer service department over and over again, will I be able to withdraw money after I complete all these issues? They replied vcos because I upgraded my account to VIP. And up to now I still can't withdraw money, they use the reason, because I changed my account many times, my account is at risk of not allowing withdrawals and the customer care team instructed me like this: " Dear customers, OANDA is an internationally famous trading platform, protecting the capital safety of each investor is the most important thing, after verifying and removing all risks you can proceed. Withdraw normally and the verification amount will return to your account within 24 hours. Please contact me when you are ready so that a timely verification channel can be provided. I can't blindly follow them anymore because all the money I transferred to them is in my personal account, I can't withdraw money.
