Customer service deserves five stars! They must have received good professional training, the service attitude is very warm, and the reply is timely. Unlike the brokers I have traded with before, their customer service is always on and off.
traded with this broker one years ago, and Klimex was a good broker. Its mt4 trading platform was quite smooth, and a guy named Adam was very helpful, always available to solve my trading-related problems. I remember I made two profits on this platform, and withdrawals didn’t have any problems.
So far, I agree that klimex is a good broker...it offers high leverage, a demo account and an MT4 platform. But now I read on wikifx that this platform is actually not regulated. Is he a liar? Do I need to withdraw all my money now? Can someone tell me the answer?
