My previous feedback concerned my approved 1,118 USDT withdrawal, which I still have not received. Since then, Volurr has suspended my account and accused me of using multiple accounts and “stealing”, but has not provided any evidence or identified the specific rule I allegedly violated. Volurr also claimed that my money had arrived. I requested the TXID/transaction hash to verify the transfer, but they did not provide it. I have still not received the 1,118 USDT.
My 1,118 USDT withdrawal is marked as “Approved”, but the funds have not been sent to me. After the withdrawal was approved, my MT5 account became inaccessible. I have contacted Volurr by email, WhatsApp and Live Support, but I have received no response. My approved withdrawal is still unpaid and I have not been given any explanation regarding my account restriction. I am requesting an immediate explanation and the release of my funds.
