Unable to withdraw, it has been pending. The server is extremely unstable and has been delaying for more than 20 days. I am panicking.

This broker’s demo account offers quite favorable trading conditions, spreads extremely tight. However, I am quite unsure about opening a live account given the fact that this broker is not regulated at all. Who can give me some advice?
