Unexpected Quarterly Fees Surprise Trader, Otherwise Top UK-US Trading Platform

The software and trading is great, the best UK based US trading I could find. The statements and logging in are brilliant. The only issue I have is that they started quarterly charging "out of the blue", which I kind of understand, but I do feel i got caught with these charges like a fish in "hook,line and sinker".

If you want me to recommend a forex broker that I've used that isn't bad, I would recommend Equiti Capital. It offers a wide variety of financial products. Customer support is available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, so you can expect a quick response.

They just care about their benefit and ignored clients' demands. As a beginner, I tend to ask questions about trading and the customer support representatives do nothing but pass me on to one another. I don't know if they do not know how to answer my questions or if they are just lazy to do their job.
