They have declined all my withdrawal scam traders

After threatening to report them to the authorities, I still have yet to hear from the trader, and they transferred money to my block chain wallet but for from the 20,000. They only transferred $2.02. I’ve been trying to speak to someone to receive the rest of my funds. But on their end, it shows 20,000$ was successful

Broker Overview

Founded in 2013, Btc Markets is one of Australia's oldest cryptocurrency exchanges, headquartered in Melbourne. The platform is designed to facilitate trading in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, primarily using the Australian Dollar (AUD). Btc Markets offers a proprietary trading platform that is user-friendly and accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. The exchange is registered with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC), ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Detailed Breakdown

Regulated Geographic Areas: Btc Markets primarily serves Australian residents. Although users from other countries can access the website, trading functionalities are limited to those who can provide Australian identification.

Deposit/Withdrawal Currencies/Cryptocurrencies: The platform exclusively supports the Australian Dollar (AUD) for fiat deposits and withdrawals. Users can deposit various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit requirement is relatively low, starting at just AUD 1, making it accessible for new traders.

Bonuses/Promotions: Currently, Btc Markets does not offer any promotional bonuses or referral programs, which some users may find disappointing.

Tradable Asset Classes: Btc Markets supports a limited selection of cryptocurrencies, with around 35 assets available for trading. Popular choices include BTC, ETH, XRP, and BCH.

Costs (Spreads, Fees, Commissions): The trading fees on Btc Markets are structured as follows:

Rating Summary (Detailed)

Account Conditions (6.0): Btc Markets offers a low minimum deposit, making it accessible, but the lack of various account types and promotions limits its appeal.

Tools and Resources (7.0): The platform provides advanced trading tools powered by TradingView, which enhances the trading experience but may not be sufficient for advanced traders seeking more features.

Customer Service and Support (5.0): Customer support has received mixed reviews, with many users citing slow response times and a lack of direct communication channels.

Trading Experience (7.5): The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it suitable for both novice and experienced traders. However, the limited selection of cryptocurrencies may deter some users.

Trustworthiness (6.5): While Btc Markets is registered with AUSTRAC and has not reported any significant security breaches, the lack of regulation by a top-tier authority raises some concerns.

User Experience (7.0): Overall, users appreciate the platform's ease of use and security features but express dissatisfaction with the limited customer support.

In conclusion, Btc Markets presents a reliable option for Australian cryptocurrency traders, particularly those looking for a user-friendly platform with robust security measures. However, potential users should weigh the limitations in cryptocurrency selection and customer support against their trading needs. For those primarily trading in AUD and seeking a straightforward experience, Btc Markets could be a suitable choice. For a more diverse trading experience, users might consider alternatives like Binance or Kraken.
