In my opinion the information provided by this company's website is not very sincere. When I try to see the spread amount, I only see the general "narrow spreads" description. You should know that many companies can provide a detailed table, which shows the different spreads of various products in various accounts.

A friend on social media platforms recommend this platform to me, but I was stopped by its high minimum requirements, $10,000 to open a diamond account! What the hell? I dare not give my money to an unlicensed broker.

How We Rate Brokers: Our ratings are based on comprehensive research and user feedback, focusing on key factors that contribute to a broker's overall performance and reliability.

Broker Overview

Founded in 2022, AuxCapital is operated by Iridiscent Group LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The broker presents itself as an advanced trading platform, but it lacks the necessary regulatory oversight that would ensure the safety of client funds. AuxCapital offers a basic web-based trading platform without the popular MT4 or MT5, limiting traders' analytical capabilities. The broker claims to provide access to a diverse range of trading instruments, including forex, commodities, indices, and shares.

Detailed Analysis

Regulated Regions

AuxCapital operates as an unregulated broker, which means it does not adhere to the strict guidelines set by recognized financial authorities. The German regulator BaFin has issued warnings against AuxCapital, indicating that it solicits clients without proper licensing. This lack of regulation raises significant concerns regarding fund safety and the broker's accountability.

Deposit/Withdrawal Methods

Deposits can be made via debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency transfers, but the broker appears to favor crypto payments, which are often preferred by scammers due to their untraceable nature. The minimum deposit requirement is set at $250, which is higher than many legitimate brokers. Users have reported difficulties in withdrawing funds, with claims of excessive fees and delays, highlighting the broker's questionable practices.

Bonuses/Promotions

There is no clear information regarding bonuses or promotional offers from AuxCapital, which is often a red flag for potential clients. Legitimate brokers typically provide transparent information about any bonuses or promotions they offer.

Tradable Asset Classes

AuxCapital claims to offer a range of trading instruments, including currency pairs, commodities like gold and silver, indices, and shares from companies such as Amazon and Alibaba. However, the absence of cryptocurrency trading options is notable, especially given the current market trends.

Costs (Spreads, Fees, Commissions)

The broker advertises narrow spreads; however, users have reported actual spreads of around 3 pips for major currency pairs, which is significantly higher than the industry average of 1-1.5 pips. There is little transparency regarding additional fees or commissions, leaving potential traders in the dark.

Leverage

AuxCapital offers leverage up to 1:100, which is considerably higher than the EU's regulated limit of 1:30. While high leverage can be attractive, it also exposes traders to greater risks, particularly with an unregulated broker.

Allowed Trading Platforms

The only trading platform available is a basic web trader, which lacks the advanced features and tools found in more established platforms like MT4 or MT5. This limitation restricts traders' ability to conduct thorough market analysis.

Restricted Areas

AuxCapital does not accept clients from the United States, which is a common practice among unregulated brokers to evade stricter regulatory scrutiny.

Available Customer Support Languages

The broker provides limited customer support options, and users have reported poor communication experiences. There is no clear indication of the languages available for customer support, further compounding user frustrations.

Detailed Breakdown

  • Account Conditions: With a minimum deposit of $250 and limited account types, AuxCapital's offerings are not competitive compared to regulated brokers.

  • Tools and Resources: The lack of a demo account and basic web trader platform severely limits traders' ability to analyze markets effectively.

  • Customer Service and Support: Users have reported difficulties in reaching customer support, raising concerns about the broker's reliability.

  • Trading Setup (Experience): The trading experience is hindered by the basic platform and the absence of advanced tools, making it challenging for traders to succeed.

  • Trustworthiness: The unregulated status and warnings from BaFin significantly diminish trust in AuxCapital, making it a risky choice for potential investors.

  • User Experience: Overall, the user experience is marred by poor support, high fees, and limited trading capabilities.

In conclusion, AuxCapital presents numerous red flags that potential traders should consider. The combination of its unregulated status, poor user reviews, and lack of transparency makes it a broker to approach with caution. Users are advised to explore regulated alternatives that offer better protection and support.
