The withdrawal applied on November 4th hasn’t been received yet.The customer service line was in down time.The official Wechat responded that there was a problem with service provider operation.I am suspicious that APJFX has absconded.Neither the customer service nor the broker was contactable.
APJ’s staff has always asked me to wait patiently; but how long should I wait? The application for withdrawing money was submitted in September; the website cannot be opened now. APJ has always been on the CCTV Securities Information Channel; now money suddenly can’t be withdrawn. There is no apology letter, and it does not make explanations to investors. This is not a manifestation of responsibility. Everyone is better to trade domestic futures or to open an account abroad. It is far safer to go to the UK to open an account by yourself then open accounts on those agent companies.
I can’t withdraw. Their customer service is missing. They didn’t inform the clients after their FCA license was canceled. What about my money in it!

When it comes to withdraw money, the customer service personnel response slowly; even reply nothing. You have to wait patiently. APJFX is delaying the problem. APJFX's tricks are too low-end
I deposited in the platform last week but the money has been unable to withdraw for two or three days. I can’t get through the customer service phone and was just told to wait patiently by email. How long should I wait? All traders are suspected of running away. Money could be withdrawn previously ans the phone also worked. But now, though I have submitted the application for withdrawal, the blocker still offers no access to withdraw money. The phone does not work. It is suspected of running away.
APJFX is completely a scam betting platform, my APJFXmt4 account 200649 has been cheated of 13806 dollars. The records of the orders being sold out can not be provided. Their Shanghai office is: 2208, Block B, Zhongshan Square, No. 1055, Zhongshan West Road, Shanghai. I have already reported to the police, who have filed a case. If there are the same victims, you can go to their company for feedback.
