The funding process was extremely slow. I applied for 3 withdrawals in total. The withdrawal applied on January 31st was received until February 17th. The withdrawal applied on February 1st is yet to be received, let alone the one applied on 17th.
Does the NCP exert an influence on the withdrawal? It, applied on February 7th, is unavailable for one month.
