Trading Software The trading software provided by Guoyuan Futures for investors mainly includes Guoyuan Futures APP, E-Star APP, and Flush Futures APP. Deposit and Withdrawal of Guo Yuan Futures Guoyuan Futures supports investors to transfer funds to their accounts by way of Bank Futures Transfer. The total daily withdrawal of funds by bank transfer is not more than 1 million yuan, and the total daily withdrawal of funds by Agricultural Bank is not more than 3 million yuan. Futures to Bank (transferring out funds): Withdrawals per day limited to 5 times. Suppose the number of withdrawals exceeds the number of times. In that case, investors can call the customer service hotline of Guoyuan Futures or the business department of their account to apply for temporary release. Bank to Futures (transfer in funds): No limit on the number or amount. Deposit for institutional clients who have not opened Bank Futures transfer: clients need to deposit funds into the futures company's special margin account through the futures settlement bank account registered with Guo Yuan Futures and send the deposit voucher to the opening business department or the company headquarters, and the staff will arrange for the deposit procedure; Withdrawal: clients download and fill out the Client Withdrawal Form, fill in the fund account number, withdrawal amount, etc., and then scan or fax it to the opening business department or the company headquarters. The company's settlement and finance department will transfer the funds to the investor's bank account after verifying the information correct.
