On April 22, 2026, I added a QQ account named Wen Yi Hu Yue Guang via Kuaishou. This person said trading gold could bring stable profits, sent trading screenshots every day, and claimed copy-trading profits would be split 70/30. On September 7, I registered with accm AC Capital Markets under agent zn36m6. On September 17, I deposited 1668 USDT. Within three minutes, the QQ account Wen Yi Hu Yue Guang logged in using the client account and password and placed seventy high-frequency orders, causing the account to be liquidated and leaving only 9 USDT, thereby deliberately profiting from client losses and agency commissions. I contacted platform customer service and was told to send an email and screenshots. As of September 30, platform customer service had not replied. Customer service then referred me to the client manager's Enterprise WeChat. After I explained the situation, the client manager directly rejected my messages. Subsequent contacts with platform customer service were never addressed. I hope the platform will severely punish the agent's client-loss behavior and compensate the client for the losses

I traded forex on the ACCM AC platform. I deposited a total of $30,000 USD and made a profit of $7,269.78 USD through normal trading, bringing my total account balance to $37,269.78 USD. Throughout the entire trading process, I did not use any illegal methods, including but not limited to arbitrage, hedging, plugins, or abnormal trading behaviorr, and all transactions were conducted normally. However, when I requested a withdrawal, the platform, without providing any evidence or reasonable explanation, directly deducted all my profits of $7,269.78 USD, only allowing me to withdraw my principal of $30,000 USD, and then froze my account, restricting login and fund operations. I have communicated with the platform multiple times via email and have filed a complaint with the relevant regulatory agencies, but the platform has yet to provide any response or resolution. The platform's behavior is seriously abnormal: deducting profits without any evidence of illegality; freezing the account to prevent fund outflow; and customer service being unreachable and refusing to communicate. I strongly suspect that this platform is involved in fraud and illegal operations, and is suspected of maliciously misappropriating customer funds. My current loss is $7269.78 USD (profits deducted by the platform). I am publicly exposing this platform's behavior to warn other investors to be vigilant and avoid similar losses. If the platform continues to refuse to address this issue, I will continue to file complaints with more international regulatory agencies to expose this issue globally, and submit complete evidence for further action.

I have been with ACCM for four and a half years now. Objectively speaking, ACCM's spreads are not the lowest on the market, but for me, trading costs are only one part of what I consider when choosing a platform. Over these years of use, what has satisfied me more is that the deposit and withdrawal process has always been relatively smooth, and it is hassle-free to operate; I do not need to spend too much energy on these things. Overall, I am still quite satisfied with the user experience.

This platform is definitely a scam, especially targeting those holding positions over the weekend. No matter how much margin you have, even if your position is locked, you're doomed. I was scammed out of $30,000 last year this way. After reporting it to the police, they pretended to negotiate with me, but once they got what they wanted, they ignored me. Now there's no compensation, my account is frozen, and I can't withdraw the money.

Subject: Formal Complaint: ACCM Broker unauthorized profit deduction and withdrawal refusal (Account ID: [Your Account ID]) To the WikiFX Support Team, I am writing this to formally complain about the fraudulent activities of the broker ACCM. Below are the details of my case: The Incident: I have been trading with ACCM and generated a total profit of $5,621 USD. However, when I submitted a withdrawal request, the broker refused to process it. Shortly after, they arbitrarily deleted my entire profit of $5,621 from my account without any prior notice or valid explanation. Communication Efforts: I have sent multiple emails to ACCM’s support team requesting a clarification. It has been over two weeks, yet they have remained completely silent, ignoring all my inquiries and providing no explanation for their actions. My Request: I kindly request WikiFX to intervene and assist me in recovering my legitimate profits and ensuring my withdrawal is processed.

ACCM account manager Logan Li (Chinese name: Li Ao) and the agent profited from client losses; the complaint was not handled. They said copy trading would provide stable profits with a 30/70 split. After I deposited 1688, they logged into my account and made over 70 high-frequency trades in three minutes, blowing the account up. The commissions were 757. They deliberately profited from client losses and commissions, clearly using a computer to churn orders. The platform said it had already frozen the agent's account. Account manager Li Ao did not deal with the issue on WeChat and even rejected messages; this has dragged on for a long time. The platform asked me to send an email, but there has been no reply. The platform said a dedicated person would handle it and contact me, but no one contacted me. For the agent issue, they said to contact the agent. The agent did not deal with it and deliberately used high-frequency trading to profit from client losses. Does AC Capital platform really have no regulatory supervision over its agents? When a problem occurs, the agent does not deal with it; does the platform simply stand by? I have already exposed on multiple platforms the account manager Logan Li and the agent's behavior of operating clients' accounts to profit from client losses. I asked the platform to provide the intermediary agent's information, but the platform did not reply. The platform is stalling and not handling the agent's operation of clients' accounts to profit from client losses. ACCM replied that the client was responsible, pushing all responsibility onto the client for handing over the trading account to others. The agent's profiting from client losses is a violation, and the agent's behavior is egregious and fraudulent. The platform has serious regulatory problems: it does not provide agent information and does not reply to emails. The matter has been dragged out day after day. I really cannot understand how such a platform can survive
