CTS offers two types of accounts for its users, categorized as Professional and Non-Professional accounts. To qualify as a Non-Professional Subscriber, applicants must meet specific criteria, including:

  • The application must be made in an individual capacity, not on behalf of any firm or corporation.
  • The real-time information received should only be used for personal investment activities, not for trade or business activities.
  • The applicant should not be a securities broker-dealer, investment advisor, or associated with any financial institution performing related functions.
  • The applicant must not be employed by a bank or insurance company related to securities or commodity futures investment.
  • Professional accounts are designed for those who meet the criteria set by the CME and typically offer more favorable fee structures and access to advanced trading features.

    CTS Broker Account Opening Process

    To open an account with CTS, follow these steps:

    • Fill in User Information: Provide your personal details, including name, address, and contact information.
    • Select Account Type: Choose between Professional and Non-Professional accounts.
    • Read and Complete the CTS Real-Time Trader License Agreement: Ensure you understand the terms and conditions associated with the account.
