I deposited $100 USD into this broker, believing it to be trustworthy, made a profit, and when I requested a withdrawal it was pending for 5 days. Then I received an email rejecting the withdrawal. I contacted support and they only say that the team will remove all profits and I can withdraw my deposit, but 31 days have passed and I still can't withdraw my deposit. I get a message saying "this operation is not allowed". STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM BROKER.
I deposited 3000 into my account and traded for over a month. At first I lost nearly 1000, then I got back to my principal. Now I made 400 profit but they won't let me withdraw it. They only allow withdrawal of the principal and also deduct 5% for some kind of channel fee. Is this how a new platform operates?
This broker has wiped out my profits and stolen my deposit balance. I keep asking about my balance, saying it's being followed up. I've been waiting for 3 months.
These bastards lost my deposit, albeit small. I deposited it in cryptocurrency. They've been looking for me for three days now, but haven't responded. It's entirely possible they simply took the money for themselves. I don't recommend this broker.
