I was disappointed that their website crashes so often. When I trade, it often happens that I can't log in, which sometimes causes me to miss some trading opportunities. I hope they will improve the stability and performance of the site so that I can trade more conveniently. Other than that, their customer service staff is generally pretty good and sometimes solves my problems in a timely manner.
