Mr. Rodrigo Acosta who is the customer service person of Venezuelan Origin and the commercial advisor Mario Rojas have been making a thousand excuses since October 2020 and putting obstacles to return my money and also to give proof of cancellation of the account. This Prometheus company needs to be investigated just like these people.
