Starting in August, they stopped processing withdrawals—not even the principal. The account manager explained that the platform’s funds had been frozen and that we’d have to wait until September. Now that it’s September, they still aren’t processing withdrawals, and the account manager can’t be reached. There’s still 16,878 in principal that hasn’t been returned.
After the withdrawal application was submitted, the platform kept it on hold for a long time and consistently refused to release the funds. I contacted the platform's compliance department many times through customer service and email to communicate and negotiate, but only received stalling responses, with no actual progress, and the funds have been unavailable for withdrawal for two months.
