I opened an account in the company named Al Capital for the purpose of investing, where cryptocurrency and Forex transactions are conducted together. From July 14, 2025, I deposited a total of approximately 69,000 USD, but when I requested to withdraw money, they did not allow it. Although the balance shown in my free account is approximately 144,365.12 USD, I cannot withdraw even 1 USD.
