Account Types When opening an account with TOHO, It takes about a week to open an account and your account might be declined if it does not meet there criteria. Select either “Withholding tax” or “Withholding tax”. * The tax withholding method can be changed until the first transfer of the year or the acceptance of dividends. Once the transfer or dividend has been accepted, the year cannot be changed.
