Opening an account with Dhan is a straightforward and fast process, typically taking less than 10 minutes. Heres how you can do it:

• Visit the Dhan App or Website: Go to the Dhan official site or download the mobile app.
• Click on "Open Demat Account": Start the account opening process by selecting this option.
• Verify Mobile and Email: Enter your mobile number and email address, then verify them using the OTPs received.
• Set a 6-Digit PIN: Create a secure 6-digit PIN for your account.
• Upload Required Documents:
• PAN Card: Mandatory for identification.
• Address Proof: You can use Aadhaar, driving license, or passport.
• Income Proof: Required for activating futures & options trading (e.g., salary slips, bank statements).
• Signature: Upload a clear image of your signature on white paper.
• Photograph: A recent passport-sized photo is required.
• Link Bank Account: Enter your bank account details, including the IFSC code.
• E-Sign the Application: Complete the process by verifying your Aadhaar number through OTP.
